Making Memories Cutting System : A Favorite Scrapbooking Tool
You may already realize that Making Memories is a great manufacturer when it comes to scrapbooking ideas and craft supplies. Recently released is the Making Memories cutting system, also known as the Slice Cordless Design Cutter. Making Memories Slice is a perfect tool for beginners and advanced scrapbookers alike. You have so many choices in personal cutting systems, why should you choose the Making Memories cutting system over all the others?
For one thing, the Slice Cordless Design Cutter is the smallest personal die cutter available right now, and at less than five inches square, it's perfect for scrappers with limited space for storage and scrapbooking. Even if you have a large desk or table on which to work, you don't want your tools taking up that space because you need room to work. Your paper and embellishments and maybe the examples you're working from need to be at your fingertips, so the fact that the Making Memories cutting system is somewhat small is a big plus for scrappers. It does its job without getting in your way. It also weighs less than two pounds, which means when you need to use it, it's easy to pull out of storage and isn't going to be a chore to access. It's perfect for those who don't want to turn their scrapbook project into a workout!
The Slice by Making Memories cutting systems operates entirely on rechargeable batteries that have approximately one hour of cutting time before it needs to be recharged. Without a bulky cord to get in your way, you won't have ripped paper or bent cardstock to deal with. When the Slice by Making Memories runs low on its batteries, you just need to plug it back in and its battery will recharge. This makes it one of the best and most convenient personal die cutters available, perfect for the serious scrapbooker as well as beginners.
Are you looking for a wide variety of patterns from which to choose for your projects? Then you're in luck! The Making Memories cutting system has literally thousands of design cuts you can choose from and it works on smooth paper as well as textured designs. This means that whatever your project, whether it's a serious wedding album or a school scrapbooking album, you're sure to find a perfect pattern for your scrapbooking needs with making memories album. You definitely want to give this portable, cordless, convenient little machine a look, whether it's a new addition to your scrapbooking tools or as the perfect gift for the scrapbooker in your life?

Frequently Asked Questions...
What type of drill would you recommend?
I need a power drill (preferably corded but cordless is okay too) to drill through light metal. I need it to drill/make little holes on the top of 1:18 scale model die-cast police cars for the light bars. Can you please recommend one? I don't need a high end drill or one with many pieces and tools. I just need one with a tip that will drill through light metal. I am thinking of buying one from eBay but a cheap new one is good too. Thanks!!
What size!!!!!?????
Answer:
I would go visit a good HOBBY shop, and ask for a pin-vise drill !!
Here is a sample, and it's only $8 http://www.ares-server.com/Ares/Ares.asp?MerchantID=RET01229&Action=Catalog&Type=Product&ID=21105
At a store, you'll get a set of bits to go with it for $5 - 10.
MUCH cheaper than a Dremel tool, and more accurate.
GOOD LUCK
